In the rare case that you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you can get an Online Store Credit against the same amount (exempting the shipping costs) for future purchases within 30 days of receiving your order.

It means you can return your purchase and utilize the amount for a later purchase.
How does this work?
To request a refund/exchange, email us at email@example.com along with your order ID, and we will guide you through the process.
What is the time duration I may claim the refund?
Make sure that you send in the refund request within 30 days of receiving your order. No claims will be entertained after 30 days.
How do I send the item back?
Once your request has been approved, you will courier the item back to us. Don’t worry; we will share all the relevant details with you when you email.
About the Shipping Costs?
We will reimburse the shipping cost only in the following cases
- If the item was damaged when received by the customer
- If the wrong item was delivered
- If there is promotional free shipping offered
In all other cases, you will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.
What is the refund policy for paid orders?
After complete verification, the refund will be processed in 14-16 working days.
Is there an alternate option?
Yes, You can visit any DIQUJZ store and exchange an item of the same amount. Please bring your original receipt with you and settle the balance.
Does this apply to items I bought on sale as well?
Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
What about Minitoes?
Minitoes accessories cannot be exchanged or refunded
What about International Orders?
Currently, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for international online orders.
How to cancel an order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please read our Customer Care Section for more details.
- Any items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be exchanged/refunded.
- Tags and labels must be intact.
- Summer stock will be exchanged only with summer items & winter items only with winter stock.
- Inter-brand exchange is not allowed.
What if the brand cancels the order?
The brand, with some legitimate reason, reserves the right to cancel the order.
